The Twin Harbors Property Owners Association is governed by Members of the Board of Directors. The Board is composed of four members with offices of President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Architectural Committee is composed of the Board members and three additional committee members. The Board and Architectural Committee members are elected by members of the Association at an annual meeting held in October. Each Board member serves for a period of two years.

The Board meets the second Saturday of each month at 8:30 AM at the clubhouse by the swimming pool. Board meetings are open to all property owners.

POA Office Hours from May - September, are Friday and Saturday from Noon to 5:00 PM;.
October - April - Saturday Noon to 5:00 PM.
